Upper Duplex Apt available
Our apartment will be available to rent starting in June. We have absolutely loved living here for the past 4 years. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that is within walking distance of downtown Wauwatosa and MCW. Our place also has a full attic of storage space as well some storage in the basement area. It has washer/dryer hookups in the basement. Our neighbors are fantastic, and we are sad to be leaving them. and we are looking to sell our washer and dryer to whoever rents our place. We bought a table for counter space in the kitchen and our fridge that we are looking to sell to whoever rents after us.
