I just got my email for the Oshkosh/Carters Sample Sale. For those new to the ward let me explain what the sample sale is. The person who shows the Oshkosh and Carters kid clothing samples to the department stores (like Kohls) gets to keep the samples. Then they sell the never worn items to us for only $5 an item. Only sizes 9M, 12M, 18M, 3T, and 5 (not T) are guaranteed to be there at the beginning of the sale (meaning Friday). This sale gets bigger every year, but it's just in the family's garage, so be prepared for black Friday style cut-throat shopping. Oshkosh tends to damage their items so be sure to check everything thoroughly before buying. Good Luck!
